Our Promise

Our promise to you is clean, quality beef with no antibiotics and no growth hormones of any kind. Other than their initial vaccinations, which are necessary for the health of each and every calf born, the cattle in our local beef program receive no other injections. Today more than ever, we feel it is important to know the origin and quality of our food sources. At Co3, we make it a priority to do that very thing with the beef we produce. The cattle in our local beef program are raised on one of our family’s farms or are hand-selected by us from one of a few local producers we know and trust. This allows us to know the history/origin of each cow in our beef program.
