Our Vision

We wanted to offer our customers a way of getting clean, quality, and pasture-raised beef, with NO growth hormones, antibiotics, or steroids. We also wanted to fully control how our cattle are raised to ensure they have the most stress-free life possible.

All cattle in our clean beef program are raised on one of our family farms, or hand-selected from one of a few local producers who we personally know so we understand the origin and history of every calf we sell as beef.   The cattle in our local, clean beef program are pasture-raised and never in a feedlot setting.  Even when we introduce finishing feed, our cattle are in more of a pasture, stress-free environment.
